South Utah Valley Electric Service District supports UAMPS Smart Energy Initiative.  South Utah Valley Electric Service District currently participates in the following incentive programs:

Home Energy Savings Program

Incentives are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

South Utah Valley Electric District and their customers saved 19,000 kWh in 2009 and 72,000 kWh in 2010!

That's the equivalent of:

• 63 metric tons of CO2 emissions prevented, or
• taking 12 cars off the road for one year, or
• CO2 emissions from the electricity use of 8 homes for one year, or
• Emissions avoided by recycling 22 tons of waste
