The Payson Project consists of a combined cycle, natural gas-fired, electric generating facility with a nominal generating capacity of 140 MW located in Payson City, Utah. The Payson Project was completed in 2004. The Payson Project also includes approximately six miles of gas pipeline to provide access to natural gas supplies and suppliers, and ten miles of 138 kV and 46 kV transmission lines, as well as new and additional substation facilities, to interconnect the Payson Project with the regional transmission grid for the delivery of project output to the participants in the Payson Project.
