The Firm Power Supply Project manages various firm power supplies for participating members. The project agreement provides flexible terms for the purchase and the sale of firm capacity and energy from multiple resources. This project includes the firm power available under the UAMPS long-term power purchase agreement with Idaho Power Company currently assigned to Sempra Energy and the wind purchase from the Pleasant Valley Wind Energy Facilities through PPM Energy.
